The use of this website services as well as the purchase of any of our products entails the acceptance of all of the present Conditions on the part of the Customer or User. Signing up and using our services also entails the inclusion of your personal details in as User in our ANTONIO LOBATO KIDS’ database and their treatment will be in line with that established by the Privacy Policy, with which the User expressly agrees with.
ANTONIO LOBATO KIDS provides information about the products, and offers the possibility of acquire them though the Website. Those people who want to purchase a product should fill in their corresponding registration form before the purchase process and followed the steps proposed by ANTONIO LOBATO KIDS.
The present Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and the Legal Warning from the website are the only conditions applicable to the use of the Website and the purchase of the products via the Website and substitute any other conditions. As a consequence, that User who access the Website, signs in and places and order agrees to be subject and bound to the Conditions and Privacy Policy just as they are written at the moment they access the Website.
Every user signing up on this Website should be at least 18 years old.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our items are limited production as they are made-to-order and manufactured in our atelier. The estimated delivery time is 10 working days although it could be delivered earlier.
The stock of our products is limited. In case we are not able to manufacture a product once you have placed your order we will contact you via email or phone call so you can cancel or modify your order.
Because of the limited character of our collection, discounts won’t be found.
Changing the fabric, colour and pattern of our items is possible. You just need to contact us and we will inform you about all the possibilities. Besides, a sample of the fabric can be sent to you with an extra cost of 3€.
The price of the items includes tax.
3.SHIPMENT AND PAYMENT
The price does not include shipment which means an extra fare of 7€ will be applied for national orders. For Canarias, international orders or special deliveries the cost will be notified as it may vary depending on the destination. Shipment will be free for national orders over 100€.
Return delivery will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged. In the former case and as long as the customer informs within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt date, it will be ANTONIO LOBATO KIDS who will assume the cost
The payment will be made by debit or credit card (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard y Maestro), PayPal and bank transfer.
The general conditions are in line with Spanish law. Both parties are bound to solving any conflict or problem and expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
The user declares having read, known and accepted the present conditions.
- DEVOLUCIONES
If, once you receive your order you need changing the size, you will have to inform as soon as possible, within the first 48 hours after the receipt of the former. In order to so so, the items should be in perfect condition, with its label and original packaging. Otherwise, ANTONIO LOBATO KIDS reserves the right of returning it.
In case of returning a product, you should notify us via email or phone call including your personal details, the order number, the item you want to return and the reason why.
We will contact you as soon as possible in order to speech up the process.
- MODIFICATIONS IN THE CONDITIONS
ANTONIO LOBATO KIDSis not liable of any shipment delay or the inability of completing them when the cause is force majeure and hence out of our control.
Among other causes, we understand as force majeure the following cases: accidents, strikes, revolts, threats or terrorist attacks, fires or explosions, weather conditions or natural disasters such as storms, floods, earthqakes, epidemic, transport or communication disruptions. To the extent possible, once that inconvenience is finished, ANTONIO LOBATO KIDS will do as much as possible to resume their commercial activities and meet the deadlines.
